In what can only be described as a beautiful disaster, streamer MarkRP finally got his community-funded new PC — and as a “thank you”, he stacked 500 extra hours onto an ongoing memberthon to show his appreciation for the people that helped get that for him.

This wasn't just about doing a good deed, quite the opposite if I say so myself 😏 People became members, Cool Dog being a complete G, one by one, watching the timer climb as each badge appeared. The original goal: upgrade the stream, and make Marky moo suffer... It ended in a 500-hour, every-night stream, making the enjoyment of his pain even more succulent.

The PC upgrade was already huge — better performance, cleaner visuals, no more “why is my stream lagging? Why did I crash?” moments. But the setup didn’t stop there. One name kept popping up behind the scenes: One Cool Dog.

Through generous support, One Cool Dog didn’t just join the party; they changed the whole outcome of the memberthon. They didn't just help, they finished the build: picking up the remaining equipment Mark needed, things like lights, a facecam, and other stream essentials that turn Marky moo with a new PC into a proper, well-maintained setup to make the streams not only more enjoyable, but Mark's raw pain better flavored.

The end result? A stream that looks sharper than ever… and a timer that looks more like a prison sentence than a progress tracker. Mark has accepted his fate of being glued to his desk for the next couple of months (and counting, he ain't gon be outta it easily 😏🤣🤣).

The community is left in a weird combo of pride and horror:

Still, if you zoom out: the memberthon did its job perfectly. Mark got a complete, modern streaming setup and a community who can legitimately say they built it with him — with One Cool Dog quietly anchoring a big chunk of the shopping list. (Put in a good word for me at your job too twin 🤣🤣)

Lesson learned: memberthons are powerful tools. Use responsibly, or you might accidentally fund someone into a 500-hour shift.
